Hi, I’m Paula - co-founder & strategic planner

I strongly believe in the power of strategy & creativity, in doing valuable work that moves the business forward and creates new opportunities for the company & client. 

I’ve previously worked in creative agencies, with studies both in economics and advertising, recently completing a Fast Track Management Programme at the Maastricht School of Management and a Strategic Marketing module at Oxford College of Marketing.

Hi, I’m Noa - co-founder & creative director

With over 12 years of experience in graphic design, I’ve co-created The Kitchen to offer full-circle branding and marketing services, while championing originality, newness and craftsmanship, things I saw as lacking in the current creative agency landscape.

With a background in film directing, a BA in Animation and Media Design, I’ve spent many years as a Senior Art Director in ad agencies, leading top-of-the-line creative teams. At The Kitchen, I get a birdseye view of every project, enabling me to work closely with our clients in figuring out design-driven solutions.
